Secrets Known Only to the Inner Elite

Larouche and his group are saying that the Japan earthquake and other recent quakes are the result of electromagnetic disturbances from the sun. They are also saying that the mass extinction events of the past 500 million years are due to the bobbing of our solar system in the plane of the galaxy. Rolf Witzsche is dismissing that and pointing to the electric universe, HAARP experiments with the ionosphere and a variety of causes for extinctions. This represents a major departure from Larouche for me on this issue.
BRIEF BACKGROUND
____I rediscovered Larouche in 2000 during that year's election campaign in the US. Reading Larouche for the first time on the internet, I realized that all the elements of history that I hadn't seen in years since school re-appeared in his works. This led me to the realization that real history -- or "classical" history - the history that I was taught that revolved around the Golden Renaissance of the 15th Century as central -- was harboured pretty much in Larouche's "library".
____Lately, over the past 8 months, I've been reading Rolf Witzshe who pointed out a major problem with Larouche's plan to re-start the US and the world economy, that plan being a water engineering project called NAWAPA for "North American Water and Power Alliance". Included in that plan are nuclear power plants. The time horizon is 50 years which Witzshe says is too long given the coming ice age. Witzshe also points to the ionosphere for power. Larouche and his people are not acknowledging the problems Witzshe points to nor his solutions.
____I'm still a supporter of Larouche's historical accounts of civilization going back 3000 years but from that point, I look to Witzshe and go back another 500 million years. Witzshce is also in full support of Larouche's economics involving writing off derivatives and going back to Hamiltonian public credit.
